Introductory Session
Understanding what is happening in your body can bring a sense of relief even before addressing that concern. In our introductory session we will discuss your goals and your experiences. We will find the movement patterns that you naturally fall into and see where those may need to be changed. Your session will include breath coaching and exercises that you can use at home to start your journey toward whatever goals you have. It is highly recommended that you book at least 2 follow up sessions to ensure you feel confident in your progress. Some bodies need a couple sessions of coaching to truly listen and respond; others need more. Each individual is different, but I am here for whatever you and your goals need! (75 minutes)

1-1 Training Session
You have your goals; let's get you where you want to be while we build calm confidence in your body. In each training session we’ll tap into what you’ve been doing and explore how we can adjust a little here or there to continue progress. (50 minutes)
